Founder and CEO of Evergreen Family Oriented Tree Past Chair, New Haven Reentry Roundtable

In 2002, Pamela began her career as a re-entry and recovery professional. She is the Founder and CEO of Evergreen Family Oriented Tree, which provides transitional supportive housing, case management and reentry advocacy support and is dedicated to fostering client recovery and independence.

Pamela is Chair of the New Haven Re-Entry Roundtable, in which she has been an active participant for 10 years. She built Faith-Based Program Coordination, has been a Ministry Leader for Spring of Life Giving Water Church and coordinates a Celebrate Recovery Ministry. She has been a participant in a Youth-at-Work Employment Training Program that is a year round intensive youth program summer/winter, she has done Entrepreneurship Training, and works consistently to alleviate the stigma among diverse groups and vulnerable populations. She is also the Owner/Manager of Evergreen AAA Wireless Boost Mobile Retail & Income Tax Filer. Pamela is married for 22 years, has two children and lives in New Haven.
