Michaelangelo Palmieri

Michaelangelo brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in criminal and juvenile justice, community-based programs and special project development. In his most recent position, as the Director of Specialized Community-Based Services at Clifford Beers Community Care Center, he led various multidisciplinary initiatives, including family support programs, fatherhood engagement services, re-entry, crisis response and victim service programs. 

Previously, he served as a Juvenile Matters Supervisor II and Acting Regional Manager within the Court Support Services Division of the Connecticut Judicial Branch. He managed staff, supervised court support services, and represented the department in court proceedings. He was a member of the first cohort of the Transforming Youth Justice Leadership Development Program, and his professional journey reflects a steadfast dedication to personal and professional excellence, continuous learning, and impactful community service.
