Eva Ott Hill

Eva Ott Hill is the Transforming Youth Justice Project Coordinator at the Tow Youth Justice Institute. She received her BA in
Criminal Justice (with a minor in Youth and Society) in 2023 from Michigan State University. During her time at Michigan State
University, she worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the School of Criminal Justice, assisting with an evaluation of a
reentry program in Detroit and a study on policing in South Africa during COVID. In summer of 2022, she served as the Juvenile
Justice Policy and Oversight Committee student intern at Tow. She has also worked as a research intern for the Center for Justice
Research and Evaluation at the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority.
