
Andrew Zhebrak is the Juvenile Justice and Policy Oversight Committee Coordinator. He received his B. A in Government (with a minor in Philosophy) in 2024 from the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT-Austin, he worked as an undergraduate research assistant with the School of Government, assisting with developing a theoretical framework and statistical model linking car-dependency, voting outcomes, white flight, and transit access across 10 assisting with developing a theoretical framework and statistical models linking car-dependency, voting outcomes, white flight, and transit access across 10 different states. In the Spring of 2024, he worked as a legislative intern in the Texas Legislature, assisting his representative with research in juvenile justice and other critical policy developments. He also worked as a legal intern for the Greening Law Firm.
