Work Flow

Each year, the JJPOC votes on proposed recommendations from the workgroups in January that will then be turned into a legislative package for public hearings and the legislative session.  As the package moves through the legislative process, the workgroups begin their work for the year.

As the workplans are developed, subgroups are established based on the need for intensive focus on a particular issue.  The workgroups ultimately decide on recommendations that will be presented to the Executive Committee.  Once vetted, the recommendations are proposed to the full JJPOC.
